Das ist das Ergebnis der Bem\u00fchungen des KomMa-Teams im Rahmen der Reakkreditierung der Medienstudieng\u00e4nge in Salzgitter. Im Team ist man davon \u00fcberzeugt, dass damit ein modernes und zielf\u00fchrendes, vor allem breit angelegtes Studienangebot im Feld Kommunikationsmanagement entsteht, das sehr individuelle Wege durch das Studium und damit in die beruflichen Realit\u00e4ten erlaubt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dreh- und Angelpunkt sind \u201efreie Projekte\u201c. Diese wurden als Studien- und Pr\u00fcfungsform in der Vergangenheit entwickelt und \u00fcberzeugen Studierende wie Lehrende. Ab sofort k\u00f6nnen sie f\u00fcr die Semesterlage zwei und drei als Praxis-, als Forschungs- oder auch als kombinierte Praxis- und Forschungsprojekte selbst entwickelt werden. Studierende f\u00fchren zwei einzelne Semesterprojekte oder ein gro\u00dfes, ganzj\u00e4hriges Projekt durch, orientieren sich ganz nach Wunsch eher in Richtung Forschung oder in Richtung Praxis. Der Clou: Studentinnen und Studenten bewerben sich selbstst\u00e4ndig bei einem oder einer der acht m\u00f6glichen Professor:innen aus den Instituten f\u00fcr \u00f6ffentliche Kommunikation und f\u00fcr Medienmanagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im KomMa-Team ist man davon \u00fcberzeugt, dass dadurch die Qualit\u00e4t des Studiengangs steigt. Roland G\u00f6bbel, der im Rahmen seiner Lehrveranstaltung \u201eMethodenkompetenz\u201c die Entwicklung von Projekten mit den Studierenden trainierte und die Bewerbungen koordinierte, sagt dazu: \u201eDie thematische Vielfalt und der hohe Ideenreichtum der insgesamt 68 eingereichten Projektskizzen fanden gro\u00dfen Anklang im Kollegium. So konnten die betreuenden Dozierenden bei der Auswahl der \u00fcberzeugendsten Projektideen aus dem Vollen sch\u00f6pfen.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die 23 Studierenden des KM-Jahrgangs 2020\/21 starten heute am 15. M\u00e4rz in die zweisemestrige Projektphase, in der in ausgewogenem Verh\u00e4ltnis Praxis- und Forschungsprojekte, Einzel- und Gruppenprojekte sowie Semester- und Ganzjahresprojekte durchgef\u00fchrt werden.
