Wenn bewusst wird wie die eigenen Konzepte davon, wie Lernen &#8220;geschieht&#8221; das Lehren &#8211; und damit eben auch die Lehre an Hochschulen beeinflussen. Eine ganze Reihe von Expert:innen haben dazu ganz pers\u00f6nlich ihre Eindr\u00fccke geschildert. Nachzulesen im von der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.toepfer-stiftung.de\/lehre\/\">Alfred-Toepfer-Stiftung<\/a> herausgegebenen <a href=\"https:\/\/lehrehochn.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/lehre_n_abschlusspublikation.pdf\">Band &#8220;Lernen&#8221;<\/a> (S. 173 &#8211; 182). Wie <a href=\"https:\/\/komma.ostfalia.de\/team\/harald-rau\/\">Harald Rau<\/a> aus dem KomMa-Team die Frage beantwortet ist dort ebenfalls nachzulesen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Der &#8216;Shift from Teaching to Learning&#8217; findet statt. Immer einmal wieder &#8211; es w\u00e4re als Lehrender vermessen, dieses nicht als Prozess, sondern als gegebene Tatsache zu sehen. Jeden Tag darf ich als Hochschullehrer darum ringen, mich als Lernender zu verteidigen, Anspr\u00fcche eines \u201eMach mich!&#8221; nachdr\u00fccklich und mantrenhaft abzuwehren oder zur\u00fcckzuweisen. Zudem bleibt anzumerken, dass der hier formulierte Anspruch zumindest in meinem Kopf kaum mit der auf vielen Ebenen missgl\u00fcckten Bolognareform in Deckung zu bringen ist. Warum? Weil Lernen Lernbereitschaft voraussetzt und damit immer von Freiheit bestimmt und von selbstinduzierter Anstrengungsmotivation begleitet sein muss &#8211; beides Dinge, die man sich gegen das System mit jeder neuen Akkreditierung und Re-Akkreditierung erk\u00e4mpfen muss.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das KomMa-Team sieht den &#8220;Shift from Teaching to Learning&#8221; als zentrales p\u00e4dagogisches Moment bei Lehrenden wie Lernenden auf dem Weg zu kompetenzorientierter und systemisch-konstruktivistischer Lehre.
