Zusammen mit den Kolleg:innen Prof. Dr.-Ing. Thomas M. Cerbe und Dr.-Ing. Sonja Machledt-Michael vom <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ostfalia.de\/cms\/de\/ifvm\">Institut f\u00fcr Verkehrsmanagement<\/a> der Ostfalia erforschten aus dem KomMa-Team Prof. Dr. Harald Rau, Puyan Ataherian, im ersten Projektjahr Denise Fechner und seit Oktober 2018 Roland G\u00f6bbel vermutete Hemmnisse bei der Carsharing-Nutzung und deren m\u00f6gliche \u00dcberwindung durch klassische Kommunikationsma\u00dfnahmen sowie durch pers\u00f6nliche Mentorenkommunikation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gemeinsam mit den Projektpartnern <em>BS-CarSharing GmbH<\/em> (Betreiber von <em>Sheepersharing.com<\/em>), der <em>Nibelungen-Wohnbau-GmbH<\/em>, der <em>Lautlos durch Deutschland GmbH<\/em> und der <em>KOM|DIA GmbH<\/em> (Digitalisierungsagentur der <em>BS|ENERGY<\/em>) ging das Forscherteam seit dem Projektstart im September 2017 der <strong>Leitfrage<\/strong> nach, <strong>wie professionell gestaltete (Mentoren-)Kommunikation dazu beitragen kann, Carsharing als nachhaltige Mobilit\u00e4tsoption wirtschaftlicher zu gestalten<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der gew\u00e4hlte Multi-Methoden-Ansatz umfasste\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>eine <strong>verkehrliche Analyse<\/strong> der Auslastungs- und Kundendaten von Sheepersharing \u00fcber den gesamten Projektzeitraum hinweg,<\/li><li>eine <strong>Mieterbefragung<\/strong> in zwei Wellen von jeweils ca. 330 Mieter:innen der Nibelungen-Wohnbau zu wohnortnahem (e)Carsharing,<\/li><li>eine <strong>Mitarbeiterbefragung<\/strong> von knapp 190 BS|ENERGY-Angestellten zu arbeitsplatznahem (e)Carsharing,<\/li><li>eine <strong>Kundenbefragung<\/strong> von ca. 100 aktiven Sheepersharing-Nutzern zu ihrem Carsharing-Nutzungsverhalten,<\/li><li><strong>qualitative Einzelinterviews<\/strong> mit 20 Sheepersharing-Bestandskunden,<\/li><li>die Entwicklung und Anwendung eines integrierten klassischen <strong>Direkt-Kommunikationskonzepts<\/strong>, das sich an potentielle und bestehende Carsharing-Kunden im wohnort- und arbeitsplatznahen Carsharing richtete<\/li><li>und, last but not least, die Entwicklung und Anwendung eines <strong>Mentorenprogramms<\/strong> f\u00fcr Sheepersharing-Neukunden, das trotz der aufkeimenden Corona-Pandemie von Oktober 2019 bis M\u00e4rz 2020 erfolgreich durchgef\u00fchrt wurde.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Der entstandene Abschlussbericht, der eine Reihe wegweisender Handlungsempfehlungen f\u00fcr die beteiligten Stakeholder \u2013 Carsharing-Betreiber, Unternehmen der Wohnungswirtschaft, Kommunen und Arbeitgeber mit carsharingf\u00e4higem Fuhrpark \u2013 vor dem Hintergrund der sich immer st\u00e4rker abzeichnenden Mobilit\u00e4tswende abgibt, kann auf Anfrage gerne beim Forscherteam eingesehen werden. Wissenschaftliche Publikationen der Teilstudien des gesamten Forschungsprojekts befinden sich aktuell in Vorbereitung.
