Weil im Rahmen der Corona-Krise nahezu alle Mitarbeiter:innen an die Arbeit im Home-Office gebunden sind, fallen Sozialkontakte im Team flach. Als das im Rahmen einer Online-Konferenz thematisiert wurde, brachte sich der Web- und Onlineexperte im Team \u2013 Benjamin Rech \u2013 ein und schlug den Einsatz von Discord, Trello und Etherpad gegen\u00fcber g\u00e4ngigen Projektmanagement-Tools wie Microsoft Teams oder Slack vor.<br>Im Podcast <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hd-sachsen.de\/web\/page.php?id=1326\">Trafohaus\/\/Lehre<\/a> spreche ich mit Dr. Claudia Bade vom Hochschuldidaktischen Zentrum Sachsen (HDS) \u00fcber meine Erkenntnisse zur Teamkommunikation im digitalen Raum und zu guter digitaler Lehre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-spotify wp-block-embed-spotify wp-embed-aspect-21-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Spotify Embed: Teamkommunikation im digitalen Raum\" width=\"100%\" height=\"232\" allowtransparency=\"true\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"encrypted-media\" src=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/embed-podcast\/episode\/2RwR6MZtTdnN3tPP6HBel8\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Discord ist ein Onlinedienst f\u00fcr Instant Messaging, Chat, Audio- und Videokonferenzen. Der Vorteil \u2013 Discord ist kanalbasiert \u2013 und pl\u00f6tzlich sitzen die Mitarbeiter virtuell in ihren Projektteams wieder zusammen. \u201eDas hat dem gesamten Team in der Corona-Krise einen Schub gegeben\u201c, sagt dazu Professor Harald Rau, der restlos begeistert ist von der L\u00f6sung: \u201eJeder kann in mein B\u00fcro kommen, wenn ich darin sitze, und es ist, als st\u00fcnde eben meine T\u00fcr offen, daf\u00fcr, ein Problem zu besprechen oder einfach nur seine Sorgen loszuwerden.\u201c Nat\u00fcrlich gibt es auch eine Kaffee-Ecke, und, wer nicht gest\u00f6rt werden will, verlegt den Arbeitsplatz in den \u201eTunnel\u201c oder meldet sich \u201eAFK\u201c \u2013 also \u201aaway from keyboard\u2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Insgesamt ist das Ganze sehr effektiv f\u00fcr all jene, die daran gew\u00f6hnt sind, auch physisch bei der Arbeit zusammenzusitzen. Discord wurde als Plattform vor allem f\u00fcr Computerspieler:innen geschaffen \u2013 zwischenzeitlich gibt es mehr als 250 Millionen registrierte Nutzer. In Deutschland experimentieren auch andere Hochschulen mit dem Instrument \u2013 Henriette Strotmann von der Fachhochschule M\u00fcnster beispielsweise organisiert auch Kurse mit Studierenden \u00fcber Discord. Komma und die FH M\u00fcnster w\u00e4ren aber national gesehen eher Ausnahmef\u00e4lle. Aus&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kmk.org\/fileadmin\/Dateien\/pdf\/PresseUndAktuelles\/2019\/BS_190314_Empfehlungen_Digitalisierung_Hochschullehre.pdf\">datenschutzrechtlichen Gr\u00fcnden<\/a>&nbsp;wurde von Experimenten mit Discord in der Lehre aktuell abgesehen, da eine datenschutzkonforme, digitale \u00dcbermittlung von Studierendendaten nicht gew\u00e4hrleistet werden kann.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Als eines der ersten Hochschul-Teams in Deutschland hat KomMa neue Formen der Zusammenarbeit erfolgreich erprobt.
